Meet the Founders

Troy Geis is the CEO of Fixturelite, driving the development of innovative fixture, display, and merchandising solutions for retail, micro markets, and hospitality. With a focus on operational excellence, he fosters partnerships to help clients achieve their goals.
With a BS in Aeronautical Computer Science from Embry-Riddle, Troy has built deep expertise in technology, global supply chain management, disaster planning, and logistics. His leadership experience includes roles as VP of Technology at Bank of America, Director of Field Technology at Circle K, and Director of Enterprise Technology at Maricopa County. Before co-founding Fixturelite, he was an Operator/Owner in the Food Service and Vending industry, giving him firsthand insight into the industry’s challenges and opportunities.

Steve Orlando is the Chief Business Development Officer at Fixturelite, a leading retail solutions provider for micro markets and office coffee service operators in North America. With nearly 20 years in retail, he specializes in strategy, merchandising, and customer experience to drive growth.
As a co-founder of Fixturelite, Steve applies his Lean Six Sigma expertise and entrepreneurial skills to enhance consumer loyalty and revenue. Previously, he scaled Automated Food and Beverage by nearly 10X before selling it in 2016.
A recognized industry leader, Steve has earned multiple "Pros to Know" awards and is dedicated to helping businesses gain a competitive edge.
